After a twenty year corporate management career in the telecommunications industry, Pam moved to the lower Eastern Shore in 1998. She soon thereafter decided to enter the real estate industry. She began her new career with a large regional broker in January 2000 where she was a consistent performer and top producer.
In January of 2006, Pam joined with Gary James, the president of local construction company T&G; Builders, to open a new independent brokerage under the name Shamrock Realty Group, Inc. Pam is Vice President of the company, and has been the sales manager and associate broker for Maryland (and broker for Delaware) from the start, while continuing to actively represent buyers and sellers of single family homes, condominiums, and other real property.
Pam has extensively volunteered her time to the Coastal Association of Realtors® (CAR) in a series of officer-level positions over the past seven years, and held the title of President from October 2012 through October 2013. She is the recipient of multiple industry awards, including CAR Realtor of the Year (2013), and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) Member of the Year (2008).
Pam lives in Ocean Pines with her husband Jeff (who is also actively involved in the operations of Shamrock Realty), and has three grown children, including two daughters (with five children of their own) who live nearby in Ocean Pines and Salisbury.
